How Target7 marks IELTS Writing essays, how coins work and how to earn them, the Pro plan that is coming soon, bank-transfer payment and what to do if it has not activated, plus deleting your data and contacting support. For a person to look at your case, email support@target7.vn.

You paste a Task 1 or Task 2 essay with its question, and Target7 marks it on the four IELTS Writing criteria: Task Achievement or Task Response, Coherence and Cohesion, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range and Accuracy. Each criterion gets a whole-number score, the overall band rounds to the nearest 0.5, and errors are marked on the sentence itself with the reason and a rewrite. A question is required: a submission without one is refused before marking and costs no coin. For a Task 1 chart, the image is read for its data first.
No. The band is an AI estimate for practice. It can differ from a real examiner, and Target7 has not compared its scores with certified examiners, so it publishes no accuracy figure. The same essay marked on different occasions can also come out a little apart. Use the feedback to see which sentences are losing marks. Target7 is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge Assessment English.
Target7 marks IELTS Writing Task 1 and Task 2 essays written in English. Each new essay costs 1 coin (see Coins). An essay under the required length is marked down under the IELTS rules, and the system limits how many requests you can send in quick succession; if you hit that, wait a moment and try again, and a refused request costs no coin. Re-marking an essay overwrites the earlier result, so copy any feedback you want to keep first.
If marking fails on our side (it hangs, errors out, or returns nothing), the coin for that attempt is refunded automatically. If you think a comment or a criterion score is wrong, email support@target7.vn with a screenshot, the question and your account email, and we will look at it case by case. We do not change a band by hand on request, because it would no longer be the score the system gave.
A coin is one IELTS Writing marking on your account. Each new essay costs 1 coin. Marking the exact same text again after a successful marking costs nothing more, but editing the essay and submitting it again counts as a new essay. If a marking fails, the coin is refunded. Your balance and its history are in the Coins panel in the app.
A new Target7 account starts with 3 coins for IELTS Writing marking. You get 1 more for completing the Target7 feedback survey, and 1 when a bug report of yours is confirmed. Invite a friend: when they sign up with your link or code, confirm their email and have their first essay marked, you both get 2 coins; one code works for up to 10 people. Coins cannot be bought with money at the moment.
With no coins you cannot mark a new IELTS Writing essay until you earn more. Earn them in the ways above (survey, invites, confirmed bug reports). Pro is coming soon, and its details will be on the pricing page when it opens. If you think coins are missing, for example your friend had their first essay marked and you were not credited, email support@target7.vn with the account email of both people.
Pro, the paid IELTS Writing plan from Target7, is coming soon. Target7 is in an early-access period and has not published prices, so there is nothing to buy yet. When it opens, Pro will be a pre-paid plan for a fixed term (it does not renew automatically) and the price will be shown before you pay.
When payment is open, each order has a 9-digit order code. You transfer the exact amount shown with the memo "IELTS" plus the order code (for example IELTS 123456789), or scan the pre-filled VietQR code; you can also pay by e-wallet or card through PayOS. The system matches the payment to the order and activates the plan, usually within a few minutes (banks can be slower outside peak hours). The amount must match exactly and the memo must contain the order code for this to happen automatically. If the page does not show transfer details, do not send money; contact support first.
Wait about 30 minutes and reload the page. If it is still not active, email support@target7.vn from your account email with the order code (under Plans, Billing history), a screenshot of the receipt or the transaction ID, the amount and the time. Do not transfer a second time and do not edit the memo. Note that a payment activates Pro time for IELTS Writing marking; it does not add coins, which come only from the ways under Coins. A transfer with the wrong amount or memo is not matched automatically, and we handle it by hand within 1 working day.
The conditions for refunds on a Target7 Pro plan for IELTS Writing are on the Refund policy page. To make a request, email support@target7.vn from your account email with the order code (under Plans, Billing history), the amount you transferred and the reason. Do not send more money while you wait for a reply.
When you have an IELTS Writing essay marked, its text is sent to DeepSeek; chart images and photos of handwriting are sent only to Google's Gemini to read what they contain. We do not sell your data and do not use your essays to train AI models. The details are in the Privacy policy.
Your data is your account, the IELTS Writing essays you submitted, their questions, band scores and feedback. Open your Profile page to delete your account or download your data. If you do not see that option, or something fails, email privacy@target7.vn from your account email address; we reply within 30 days.
